These boilers are normally able to produce pressure steam and trab1 variables 120 atmospheres, superheated water at temperatures of up to 200 degrees centigrade, or heating thermal oil for use in production processes of heat exchange at temperatures up to 350° c.
Industrial boilers can be divided essentially into two categories:
- Smoking pipes
- To water pipes.
The smoke tube boilers, are so called because the fumes, which are the primary exchanging fluid ,exchange with the water, go inside the pipes built around the combustion chamber, while these are immersed in water.
The water tube boilers working instead with the opposite principle: the water turns into steam flows inside the pipes that are externally lapped from flue gas
The first machines are suitable to install in all small and medium-sized industrial companies that use the steam for the production process
The latter are heat engines suitable for by turbines to produce electricity, or in industrial processes that needing of high pressures (normally maghiori to 25 atmospheres).
