The exhaust temperature of the thermal fluid heater in the tail is around 300℃ when it is operating, resulting in huge waste of heat energy. Which waste heat recovered devices adopt to the project are: installing air preheater to waste heat boiler, through the recovery and utilization of high-temperature flue gas, improve the integrated thermal efficiency of the coal-fired thermal fluid heater, realize the energy conservation and emission reduction to the utmost, to reduce the cost of user’s operation.
