Introduction:

Shandong Luhua Group Co., Ltd is a large-scale key leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization. It has 24 production bases and spans many industries such as edible oil, comdiments and vegetable processing. The annual production capacity of edible oil is 1 million tons, the annual production capacity of condiments is 100,000 tons.

Zozen boiler technical team has customized thermal fluid heaters with various models and parameters according to the actual conditions of Fuxin Oil Plant. The person in the charge of the project said that a YY(Q)W-14000Y(Q), two YY(Q)L-105000Y(Q), a YY(Q)W-4200Y(Q) thermal fluid heaters have been installed in the Luhua, whose rated thermal power are 12 million kcal, 9 million kcal and 3.6 million kcal, which has met the drying/cooling, hot air frying, suction cooling, rolling rushing/peeling, steaming and other cumbersome production processes during processing edible oil.

The thermal fluid heaters developed by Zozen boiler not only adopts a forced-injection circulation system, to realize heating supply with low-pressure and high-temperature, it also equipped with waste heat recover device, which improves the holistic thermal efficiency by recycling waste heat of high-temperature flue gas. After a period of using, we find Zhongzheng thermal fluid heater operate stably, saving energy obviously, and it’s devices are complete.

Therefore, the second phase of Luhua GROUP’s project, Shenzhou Oil Plant, Xinyi Oil Plant, Zhoukou Oil Plant, Laiyang Oil Plant, Jiangtuo Oil Plant, Dingtao Oil Plant, and Zhoukou Luhua Luzhou Peanut Oil Co., Ltd were successively purchased 11 sets of this series of thermal fluid heaters from Zozen Boiler, which have established friendly and cooperative relations with Zozen Boiler.
