Product Detail Product introduction

  The YY(Q)W(L) series of gas organic heat carrier boiler adopts a three-pass park coil structure. The end of the coil adopts a shrink coil, which effectively protects the furnace wall at the boiler end and is equipped with advanced combustion equipment. The pan is fully automated. After the fuel is ignited and combusted by the burner, the formed torch is filled in the inside of the disc tube and transmits radiant heat through the coil wall. This is the first return. The high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion converges at the rear furnace door and turns to the second return, which is the convection tube area. After the convection exchange, the flue gas temperature gradually decreases to the forehearth door, where it turns to the third return tube zone. , and then enter the chimney through the economizer to the atmosphere. The entire boiler is delivered from the factory and can be put into operation only after the gas and electricity are connected. The boiler heating surface consists of four parts: the radiant heating surface of the furnace, the heating surface of the first convection tube bundle, the heating of the second convection tube bundle, and the economizer (heat recovery boiler).

Boiler manufacturing process

  • Steel pipe cutting using CNC three-dimensional laser cutting machine
  • The coil tube production adopts the CNC coil production line, forming once, without shaping.

Boiler welding process

  • Butt welding of steel pipes adopts automatic argon-arc welding process. At the same time, X-ray real-time imaging of welds is performed to prevent substandard welds from entering the coil production line.
  • 100% hydrostatic test

Furnace insulation

  • The inner side is made of high-quality insulation materials and stainless steel plates are used externally to minimize heat loss and improve the operating environment.

Radiation section

  • Because the heat absorbed by the inner coil is much larger than that of the inner ring and the outer ring, the coil flow of the inner coil is designed to be larger and safer and more reliable at high temperatures.

  • Optimize the thermal insulation of the platform, escalators and tops, reduce the top temperature, and protect the boiler and burner.
