Product Detail Product introduction

  The molten salt is a mixture of potassium nitrate (KNO3), sodium nitrite (NaNO2), and sodium nitrate (NaNO3). The heat carrier furnace heats the powdered molten salt to a melting point of 142° C. or higher, and is recycled for use in a molten flow state. Maximum operating temperature up to 600°C.

The powdery deep salt is placed in the molten slag, and is heated and melted by a high-pressure steam heating pipe or electric heating pipe installed inside the bad. The viscosity of the molten salt heated directly into the bad can be circulated with a circulation pump to make the whole system flow. After being circulated, it is pumped to the heat carrier furnace for further circulation and heating to a temperature that can be used.

2. The use of micro-positive pressure operation effectively improves the combustion intensity of the furnace and makes the volume of the boiler with the same capacity smaller. 3. Using advanced EDA technology, detailed calculation of the furnace structure size, the flow rate of the flue gas, reasonable and full use of flame and flue gas heat transfer, ensure the boiler work and adequate cooling, improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

4. The use of high-efficiency condensing technology effectively reduces the temperature of the exhaust fumes and improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

5. The use of reasonable structural design and excellent fire-resistant and heat-insulating materials will significantly reduce the temperature at the outer surface of the furnace, making the surface temperature less than 50 degrees (above national standards), reducing heat loss and improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

6. Adopt a new design to reduce the emission of harmful substances when burning fuel to meet the national environmental protection standards, in particular to reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides to meet the national low nitrogen emission standards.

7. The use of imported burners from a number of internationally renowned brands to adapt to a variety of application scenarios to ensure quality and ensure safety.
