  The SHL series bulk steam/hot water boiler is a horizontally arranged natural circulation water tube boiler with double drums. The tail section is provided with an economizer and an air preheater; a superheater can be installed in the furnace, the combustion equipment is a flake-shaped grate, stepless speed regulation control, bulk delivery, on-site assembly and masonry, and the flue gas flow is much Return trip.

  The boiler is a low-pressure small industrial boiler, subject to application conditions, requiring shutdown and start-up, economic changes in load, the use of double drums, it is based on this. Due to the large water capacity of the double drums and the large heat storage capacity, they are capable of adapting to changes in load, stable air pressure, good operating characteristics, and good natural circulation characteristics. It is not sufficient for low pressure boilers to rely solely on the radiant heating surface. , And double drums can be arranged more convection heating surface. Using the horizontal type can make the boiler compact, small in size and easy to install. Steam boilers use natural circulation. Because the hot water carries only physical sensible heat, there is no latent heat of vaporization, and the heat load of steam is much larger than that of hot water. Steam boiler water is concentrated and the water quality changes greatly. Therefore, the hardness of make-up water is slightly higher. In order to reduce the incomplete combustion loss in order to increase the thermal efficiency, a burnout chamber is arranged between the furnace hearth and the boiler tube bundle. The burnout chamber can both adjust the reasonable smoke speed, the fly ash in the flue gas takes off the ash sedimentation, and also undertakes part of the The heat exchange makes the unburned material fully burned. At the same time, it also protects the rear tube bundle from wear.
