Soken Chemical & Engineering Co., Ltd first designed and developed the heating and cooling system using thermal fluid in Japan, which is a general-purpose heating system. To adapt to the needs of intermittent operation of multiple reactors, a branch loop combined heating and cooling system was also designed. The operating temperature is between 150-300℃.
2,Melting and spinning of Nylon, Poly
Due to the need for precise and uniform heating, gas-phase heating is more often used. The heat requires of every client is less but temperatures are different, so electrical heating can be used. The melting point of resin: nylon 215~225℃,poly 260~265℃。Theoperating temperature should be set based on this. The heating medium should have a substance with a boiling point lower than operating temperature and a certain heat resistance.
3, Manufacture of Carbon Products
The high-viscosity bitumen is heated, melted, molded, and manufactured electrode by heating medium in the mixer. If a deodorizer is installed in this process, it can constitute a low-pollution industrial system.
4, Be used in molding, calendaring, injection molding
This is a typical system that provides multiple end-users with one heater. Considering different temperature requirements of different end-users, the temperature loss in the supply route, it should use large-flow heating medium with branch circuit design, if there is a cooling process in the system, it should be equipped with a heating medium cooler.
The circulating flow rate of the heating boiler adopts the standard value, and the temperature setting is higher than the using temperature of branch circuit by 10-20℃.The operating temperature of branch system requires a high accuracy.
5, Treatment of Sewer Activated Sludge
In the activated sludge treatment system, the thermal fluid heater can often be established with a heat recovery system. When the fluidized bed incinerator burns the sludge, the heater system can be used to recover the discharged heat and then used for drying the sludge before incinerating.
6, Manufacturing Acrylic Acid, Maleic Anhydride Benzene
When manufacturing acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, maleic anhydride and Melamine, the reaction will create heat, we can use thermal fluid heater control the reaction temperature. If we want to control the temperature between 380-450℃,weshould use the molten salt as heating medium.
7, Manufacturing Hydrogen
We can use the thermal fluid heater system to manufacture hydrogen by methanol,
The tail gas generated by PSA(LHV≈1000kcal/N㎡) canbe used as re-use fuel. The adjustment of the burner is larger than TDR, and the tail gas can be completely burned. The operating temperature is 290-320°C.
