  The basic process of circulating fluidized bed boilers is that after the coal and desulfurizer are sent into the furnace, they are quickly surrounded by a large amount of inert high-temperature materials, and they ignite when they burn. At the same time, they perform desulfurization reaction and move to the upper part of the furnace under the action of the rising smoke airflow. Walls and other heated surfaces arranged in the furnace emit heat. The coarse particles deviate from the main air flow under gravity and external forces after entering the floating area, thereby adhering to the wall. After leaving the furnace, the gas-solid mixture enters the high-temperature cyclone separator. A large number of solid particles (coal particles and desulfurizer) are separated and sent back to the furnace for cyclic combustion. The fine particles that have not been separated enter the tail flue with the flue gas to heat the superheater, the economizer and the air preheater, and are discharged to the atmosphere through the dust collector.

  The SHX series of circulating fluidized bed boilers has an evaporation capacity of 10 to 75 t/h, a steam pressure of 1.25 to 2.5 MPa, and a steam temperature of 194 to -225°C. Hot water boiler 7~58MW, water supply temperature 130°C/150°C, return water temperature 70°C/90°C, working pressure 1.0~1.6MPa. As a new type of mature high-efficiency and low-pollution cleaning technology, CFBC technology has many advantages that other combustion methods do not have.

Advantage The working principle of
  • Circulating fluidized bed belongs to low-temperature combustion, so the oxide emission is far lower than that of pulverized coal furnace, only about 200ppm, and direct desulfurization can be realized during the combustion process, and the desulfurization efficiency is high. And the technical equipment is economically simple, and its initial investment and operating costs for desulfurization are much lower than those of dry coal powder furnace plus flue gas desulfurization (PC+FCD);
  • Wide adaptability of fuel and high combustion efficiency, especially suitable for low calorific value inferior coal;
  • The discharged ash residue has good activity, easy to realize comprehensive utilization, and no secondary ash residue pollution;
  • Load regulation Fan Guoda, low load can be reduced to about 30% of full load;
  • In China, environmental protection requirements are increasingly strict.
