The 6 million kcal gas-fired thermal fluid heater has been put into operation in Wuxi Qianzhou Printing and Dyeing Plant. The unique design ensures that the gas-coal thermal fluid heater is safer and more reliable at high temperature. The project equips with waste heat boiler and air preheater system, the waste heat boiler effectively utilizes the high-temperature exhaust of the boiler. The air preheater transports high-temperature air into the furnace to fully combust the gas and greatly improves the gas combustion efficiency. This system can increase 20% gas efficiency and is recognized by most users.
