Project Introduction

Shandong Luhua Group Co., Ltd. is a large-scale private enterprise and a key leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization. It has 24 production bases and spans industries such as edible oil, condiments and vegetable processing. The annual production capacity of edible oil is 1 million tons, and the annual production capacity of condiments is 100,000 tons.
Zhongzheng Boiler Technical Team has customized organic heat carrier boilers of various models and parameters according to the actual conditions of Fuxin Oil Plant. The person in charge of the project said that a YY(Q)W-14000Y(Q), two YY(Q)L-105000Y(Q), and a YY(Q) have been installed in the boiler room of the Luhua Group's Fuxin Oil Plant. W-4200Y (Q) organic heat carrier boiler, rated thermal power of 12 million kcal, 9 million kcal, 3.6 million kcal, to meet the cooking oil drying / cooling - hot air frying - suction cooling - Rolling crushing / peeling - steaming and other cumbersome production processes.
The organic heat carrier boiler developed by Zhongzheng Boiler not only adopts a forced-injection circulation system, and can realize low-pressure and high-temperature heat supply. It also has a waste heat recovery device, which improves the overall thermal efficiency by recycling high-temperature flue gas waste heat. After a period of use, the Zhongzheng organic heat carrier boiler has stable operation, complete safety devices, and energy-saving features. Therefore, the second phase of the project, Luhua Group, Shenzhou Oil Plant, Xinyi Oil Plant, Zhoukou Oil Plant, Laiyang Oil Plant, Jiangtuo Oil Plant, Dingtao Oil Plant, and Zhoukou Luhua Luzhou Peanut Oil Co., Ltd. were successively purchased from Zhongzheng Boilers. A total of 11 sets of this series of organic heat carrier boilers have established friendly and cooperative relations with Zhongzheng Boiler.
