Hebei Ruixin Jinhua New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. invested RMB 320 million in 2015 to build a 100,000-ton/year crude benzene hydrotreating project in two phases; in 2016, it invested RMB 120 million in equipment and manufacturing in District A of Fengfeng Mining Area.
